Ms. Golanski has over 25 years of experience within the early childhood education field, from various commercial centers, performing arts schools and Montessori schools. After numerous years of teaching, she transitioned into Montessori school administration as an Assistant Head of School, Executive Head of School, the Principal of a public elementary Montessori charter school and then the Vice President of Montessori Infrastructure and Education. Currently, as the C.E.O. of A.M.I., Authentic Montessori Innovation, Ms. Golanski has offered her expertise to multiple owners, of numerous schools/centers throughout the United States, spanning from the east coast to the west coast. Her vast knowledge within the early childhood education industry and the Montessori methodology, is showcased by her extremely valuable services and trainings, which will enhance your school programs, consisting of: “Montessori Makeovers”(transitioning and remodeling traditional childcare programs into quality Montessori schools.) Ms. Golanski can represent your school, as your public relations Montessori liaison at numerous community marketing festivals/events and trade shows, which generates marketing leads and drives enrollment.

 Additionally, she has years of experience in school/classroom design, teacher (Montessori Guides) and administration talent acquisition, purchase order requisitions for developmentally appropriate classroom Montessori materials, and Montessori furniture and supplies. In person training courses can be conducted for your faculty’s professional development training hours, and public speaking engagements for your Montessori parent workshops and school events. Her services can also be provided to manage your school when the owners need to go out of town for business conventions or vacation.

Ms. Golanski is a certified Montessori Primary Guide and Executive Head of School. She received her diploma from A.M.I. (Association Montessori International.) This association was personally established by Dr. Maria Montessori to train future teachers and administrators with in-depth knowledge and understanding of Montessori theory, principles and applications. Furthermore, Ms. Golanski is absolutely passionate about the Montessori philosophy and methodology. She takes tremendous pride in establishing authentic Montessori schools, which guide the students in beautifully prepared environments, with grace and courtesy. She places heavy emphasis on designing elegant and tranquil classroom prepared environments and ensures the authenticity of accurate Montessori presentation materials, which will yield higher student academic achievement.
